We champion the health, rights, and power of girls across Africa — through menstrual equity, SRHR advocacy, and youth-led change.
Girls and Goals Initiative is a youth-led, community-rooted nonprofit working to advance sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for girls and young people in Nigeria. We build dignity through menstrual health programs, engage boys to redefine masculinity, and challenge stigma with bold, grassroots advocacy.
We break silence around sexual and reproductive health, challenge toxic gender norms, and create safer, smarter communities through grassroots action and advocacy.
From pads to policy — we are creating change that starts local and scales bold.

Youth Volunteers
To advance gender equity by breaking harmful social norms, promoting menstrual health, and expanding access to youth-friendly SRHR education and services — through grassroots action, community partnerships, and youth-led advocacy.
We empower girls, engage boys, and build inclusive systems that protect, educate, and uplift.
A world where every girl lives with dignity, learns without limits, and leads without apology.
We envision a future where periods don’t pause education, masculinity empowers rather than harms, and every young person — regardless of gender or background — has access to sexual and reproductive health, rights, and education.
Our work centers on five core pillars:
Menstrual Health & Period Equity
We provide girls with access to sanitary products, build pad banks, and dismantle the shame around menstruation.
Redefining Masculinity
We engage boys and young men in conversations about healthy masculinity, respect, and empathy — because change is collective.
SRHR Education & Advocacy
We run school and community-based programs that promote comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) and access to youth-friendly services.
Ending Gender-Based Violence
Through advocacy, storytelling, and education, we fight to end sexual violence, child marriage, and harmful practices like FGM.
Building a Grassroots Movement
We collaborate with local organizations and volunteers to reach underserved communities — and we train them to lead the change from within.

We are a youth-led nonprofit focused on menstrual health, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and gender equity. We create access, education, and safe spaces for girls, while also engaging boys to shift mindsets and dismantle toxic gender norms.
Not at all! While our programs prioritize girls and women, we also work with boys and men — especially through our masculinity and consent education projects — because true gender equity requires everyone.
You can support by donating, volunteering, partnering with us, or simply spreading the word. Every bit of effort helps push the mission forward.
100% of your donation goes toward our grassroots projects — from building pad banks and sponsoring schoolgirls, to training community volunteers and conducting SRHR outreach.
Yes, Girls and Goals Initiative is registered in Nigeria as an Incorporated Trustee with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
